Role & responsibilities:

Work across a broad range of domain & technology areas
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
Experience in writing Epics, User stories with proper acceptance criteria
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
Able to perform claims data analysis and by writing SQL queries
Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, ACA).

Mandatory Skills:

Extensive experience and understanding of Healthcare Payer and Claims data systems (HRP, QNXT etc)
Experience working in Data Migration projects
Lead and mentor junior business analysts and team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired/Good to have Skills:

HealthRules Payer experience (technical)
