Degree from a top-tier institution (IIT/NIT/BITS/SRCC/LSR or equivalent)
Strong ownership mindset and bias for action
Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Sincerity, trustworthiness, and reliability in work and relationships
Passion for technology, storytelling, and consumer businesses
High energy, hunger, and ability to hustle

Good to Have:

Experience in startups or high paced environments
Exposure to consumer, media, or entertainment industries
Hands-on experience in digital/ growth/ performance marketing, including campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
Strong analytical skills - ability to extract insights, measure ROI, and build dashboards
Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and marketing analytic
Knowledge of data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI for analysis, reporting, and automation
Understanding of regional and multi-language business strategies, including localization, market segmentation, and audience insights
