**Location:** Coimbatore

**Role Overview:**

We’re looking for a **dynamic and client-focused Business Analyst** to be part of our healthcare technology team. You’ll play a crucial role in **implementation, client training, documentation, and product adoption** — ensuring hospitals and clinics experience the best of eMedHub.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct client demos and manage end-to-end product implementation.

* Deliver training sessions for healthcare professionals.

* Document business requirements, workflows, and process maps.

* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

**Key Skills:**

* Excellent communication & presentation skills.

* Strong analytical, documentation, and MS Excel proficiency.

* Ability to multitask and manage client projects effectively.

* Willingness to travel for client engagements.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration.

* 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Implementation Executive / Product Trainer (preferably in Healthcare IT / SaaS / ERP).
