Business Analyst

Business Analyst and SaaS Specialist, experienced in gathering and analyzing product requirements and translating them into clear functional specs. Skilled in configuring and customizing SaaS platforms to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and support business needs. Collaborates with engineering on secure integrations and data flows. Proficient in testing, documentation, and acting as a subject matter expert. Drives change management and end-user training to boost adoption and system effectiveness.

What You'll Do

• :Work with product managers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and Solution requirements
• .Translate product requirements into functional and system specifications
• .Configure and customize SaaS platforms to support product workflows and business processes
• .Define system rules, data models, and workflows within SaaS tools
• .Collaborate with engineering teams on integrations, APIs, and data flows between systems
• .Conduct Unit testing, create test cases, and validate system changes before release
• .Maintain documentation (process flows, configuration details, release notes)
• .Act as the go-to subject matter expert for configured SaaS platforms
• .Support change management and end-user training to drive adoption of system changes
