Role Overview: As a Kiosk Banking Business Analyst at iServeU, your role will involve analyzing existing kiosk banking processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, utilizing data analytics to identify trends, designing solutions, preparing documentation and presentations, managing risks, supporting projects, developing business cases, and continuously improving kiosk banking performance.
