Job Description

JD Salesforce Business Analyst

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements. Creating wireframe documents with information architecture, documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams. Manage User Stories, Success Criteria.
  • Involved in Requirement Gathering, Design, Development Auditing, QA, SIT, UAT, User Training and Post Deployment activities
  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Mapping Salesforce objects/fields with external systems
  • Basic Javascript coding for mapping/validation
  • Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality roll-outs
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Must Haves:

  • A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in business analysis
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Authoring requirements, definition, and related documentation
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM to develop client or business solutions
  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
  • Hands-on with tools over Jira/Confluence for Requirement Management and Tracking
  • Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Good Javascript knowledge
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
  • Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Community)
