Job Description

As a Business Analyst in the Investment domain with 10-14 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in data analytics and technology projects to support asset management, investment management, insurance, or financial services. Your role will involve understanding and applying Investment Operations concepts such as Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data traps, and reconciliation workflows. Additionally, you will be expected to utilize your working knowledge of data engineering principles like ETL/ELT, data lakes, and data warehousing, along with proficiency in BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and SQL. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 10+ years of experience as a BSA or in a similar role to drive analytical and problem-solving tasks effectively. - Apply your domain expertise in investment data platforms like GoldenSource, NeoXam, RIMES, JPM Fusion, etc., to enhance data processes and workflows. - Leverage your expertise in cloud data technologies including Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS/GCP/Azure data services to optimize data management systems. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards by utilizing your understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data lineage. - Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams in Agile/Scrum environments to drive successful project outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. - Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Proven track record in data analytics, problem-solving, and investment data platforms. - Familiarity with BI and analytics tools, data engineering principles, and cloud data platforms. - Exceptional soft skills including communication, interpersonal skills, team motivation, time management, and organizational abilities. Please note that this role requires hands-on experience with IBORs such as Blackrock Alladin, CRD, Eagle STAR (ABOR), Eagle Pace, and Eagle DataMart, as well as familiarity with investment data platforms like GoldenSource, FINBOURNE, NeoXam, RIMES, and JPM Fusion. Your background in data governance, metadata management, and data lineage frameworks will be crucial for the successful execution of your responsibilities.,
