Business Analyst Intern

As a Business Analyst Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and implementing process improvements. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and identifying solutions to business problems. - Identifying areas for process improvement and developing recommendations. - Documenting business requirements from stakeholders. - Designing and proposing solutions that meet business needs. - Communicating with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and business leaders. - Analyzing data to identify trends and insights. - Maintaining accurate documentation of business requirements and solutions. - Assisting in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) outlining business needs and objectives. - Helping develop Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) specifying system features and behaviors. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with business analysis tools such as use cases, wireframes, and flowcharts. It would be nice to have experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML), knowledge of requirements traceability matrix (RTM), and familiarity with market requirements documents (MRD) and product requirements documents (PRD).
