Job Title: Business Analyst Intern
Location: Ludhiana (Local candidates preferred)
Duration: 6 months (Non-paid Internship)
Stipend: Unpaid during internship period

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in understanding business processes, analyzing requirements, and supporting project delivery within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the team in creating functional specifications and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives.
• Gain exposure to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and participate in various phases of projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Requirements / Skills:

• Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Local candidates from Ludhiana preferred.
