Junior Business Analyst

equivalent in scope and level to a Junior QA or Junior BA role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build

  forms and applications

  for customer projects and internal use cases.
• Develop and maintain

  demo applications

  to showcase product capabilities.
• Report and document

  UX and usability issues

  , providing actionable feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure applications align with customer requirements.
• Assist with

  documentation tasks

  , including user guides, process notes, and app specifications.
• Support the implementation team by preparing app prototypes and ensuring smooth handover.
• Need to create tasks and JIRA to support team members

Training & Reporting

• Reports to:

  Senior Developer / Implementation Lead (or assigned mentor)

• Training:

  On-the-job training with guidance on app-building tools, usability best practices, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of app-building platforms, form creation, or low-code/no-code tools.
• Interest in

  UI/UX

  and willingness to learn usability and testing best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Self-motivated and eager to build practical solutions.

Internship Details:

• Internship Period

  : 4 Months - 12,000/- per month as Stipend.

• Job Confirmation:

  To be hired as a full-time BA & CS after 2 months based on performance and up to 3.5 LPA CTC Annual.
• Candidate will use their personal laptops during the internship.
