Business Analyst Intern

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst intern to join our Product team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent MBA graduate with a keen interest in technology and product development to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment in healthcare technology.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with seasoned leaders, engineers, and solution teams to learn how to convert business needs into structured documentation that helps build world-class products. You will contribute to creating product requirement documents and user stories while developing a deep understanding of our users and the market.

Responsibilities

Understand and document business needs through interactions with internal stakeholders and users

Support team members in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and creating documentation

Assist in researching market trends and competitive products to support product planning

Participate in discussions with engineering teams to ensure a shared understanding of user and business requirements

Help create clear and concise documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Case documents

Maintain timelines, track progress of deliverables, and ensure timely communication across teams

Requirements

MBA (completed or awaiting final results) – preferably with a specialization in healthcare management courses

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working with tools that help with consolidating business requirements / PRDs

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and interest in technology products

Team player with good organizational skills and a proactive approach

Passion for problem-solving and building impactful user experiences

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Internship or project experience in a product-based company, startup, or SaaS environment

Exposure to healthcare, wellness, or digital health domains
