Role & responsibilities

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
Hands-on experience in business analysis techniques, requirement gathering, and process modeling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and other BA tools
Domain Knowledge in logistics, with an understanding of supply chain operations and workflows. (Added Plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
