Job Description

KPI To track/analyse the status of key metrics function wise daily and red flag mechanism helps in judicious use of time of Circle CEO towards evaluating/assessing/reviewing high-risk/key action items which helps in achieving excellence on all business effecting parameters.
Drive all departments for timely and accurate data sharing across the circle for meaningful analysis to be used by circle CEO
Submit a error-free/accurate presentation to RD/COO's office/Customers for key decision making
Regular tracking of AOP Vs. Actual with the relevant departments and sharing of key issues with circle CEO
Organize for regular team review meetings for performance discussion and improvements
Execution of Spl. Projects/initiatives which contributes to the overall circle business objectives and strategy
