Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document detailed business requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models using various methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN).
• Identify and analyze business needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and dependencies.

• Solution Design & Documentation:

• Translate validated business requirements into clear, comprehensive, and actionable functional specifications and system design documents for technical teams.
• Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet business needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize proposed solutions where necessary.

• Process Improvement:

• Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and achieve business goals.
• Map as-is and to-be processes.

• Stakeholder Communication & Management:

• Act as the primary communication bridge between business users, technical teams, and project managers.
• Facilitate meetings, present findings, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Testing & Quality Assurance Support:

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to develop test plans and test cases based on documented requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the developed solution meets business requirements and is fit for purpose.

• Project Support & Management:

• Assist Project Managers in project planning, scope definition, risk assessment, and change management.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of deployed solutions.
