Business Analyst III

As a Business Analyst at iQor in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will be responsible for independently conducting business process analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analyses of complex initiatives to align information technology solutions with business processes and requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct inquiries to develop new information or system requirements for current and projected business objectives. - Lead the development of functional specifications for application development, enhancements, and testing. - Analyze customer requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems. - Prepare functional, systems, and program specifications. - Develop project plans, implementation schedules, and review accuracy and completeness. - Maintain and develop documentation for the responsible area. - Stay updated on emerging technologies to satisfy business requirements. - Provide status updates on projects and conduct formal presentations. - Recommend and oversee customer training. - Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting issues. - Maintain positive relations with employees, customers, and vendors. - Ensure adherence to IT and department policies, processes, and procedures. - Assist in leading and participating in the exchange of ideas within the department. **Qualification Required:** - 6 or more years of work experience in a related position. - Thorough knowledge of emerging technologies. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Ability to interpret and present information effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and e-mail skills. - Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
