Business Analyst Growth

As a Business Analyst at Elevate Now, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across all growth initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Growth and cross-functional teams, you will analyze performance, build automated reporting systems, and provide actionable insights to fuel the company's rapid expansion in the healthcare industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Growth Analytics & Insights:** Analyze growth metrics across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. - **Automated Reporting:** Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, and visualization tools like Metabase/Tableau to track KPIs at appropriate frequencies. - **Data Integration & Management:** Work with multiple data sources including CRM systems, marketing platforms (Facebook, Google), communication tools, and third-party applications to create unified analytics frameworks. - **Deep Dive Analysis:** Conduct analytical deep dives on growth experiments, funnel performance, and business optimization opportunities to drive strategic decision-making. - **Process Automation:** Develop Python scripts and automation workflows to streamline data collection, processing, and reporting from various APIs and data sources. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. - **Performance Tracking:** Set up comprehensive tracking mechanisms for growth KPIs and ensure data accuracy across all reporting systems. **Required Qualifications:** - 1-3 years of analytical experience in business analysis, growth analytics, or similar roles. - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: Expert-level proficiency in spreadsheet modeling, data manipulation, and automated reporting. - SQL Expertise: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from databases. - Visualization Tools: Experience with Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI tools for creating dashboards and reports. - Python Programming: Proficiency in Python for data automation, API integrations, and report generation. - Database Knowledge: Understanding of database structures, data modeling, and query optimization. - API/Webhooks: Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations from multiple platforms. **Additional Details about Elevate Now:** Elevate Now is India's first medical weight loss company founded in 2022 by Suryansh Kumar, our Founder & CEO.
