As a Business Analyst in the Banking domain, you will be responsible for leveraging your Strong SQL skills to manipulate large datasets in a database efficiently. Your proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot tables, lookup/hookup, and graphs, will be crucial for conducting in-depth data analysis. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in the Banking industry. Your top decile SQL skills, with experience in Hive/Spark-SQL being strongly preferred, are essential for this role. You should possess a blend of analytical, technical, and business acumen to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to evolving scenarios is a key requirement. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for reporting and data management needs. You will drive complex data analysis, identify improvement opportunities in existing tools and reports, and establish best practices in data management, visualization, and report distribution. Understanding client requirements and translating them into technical deliverables will be a part of your responsibilities. Utilizing data warehouse and other sources, you will respond to business queries and conduct ad-hoc analysis, presenting results clearly to stakeholders. Your key skills should include Business Analysis, Banking knowledge, and proficiency in SQL.
