Job Overview

The Business Analyst - Finance position at Ramco Systems offers a Full-Time, Mid-Level role based in Chennai. The role is integral to our ERP project implementations, focusing on financial modules. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Business Analyst specializing in finance modules within ERP systems is essential.
Strong knowledge of Finance modules is required for effective project contributions.
Proficiency in requirement gathering and documenting detailed business requirements is necessary for the role.
Solid understanding of financial processes and concepts to ensure effective collaboration with finance teams.
Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement with effective solutions.
Experience with project management methodologies and applications for successful task completion.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and document requirements accurately.
Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for finance processes.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure requirements are accurately captured.
Assist in the design and implementation of ERP financial modules to enhance business operations.
Participate in system testing and validation procedures to ensure system effectiveness and reliability.
Identify and troubleshoot issues within finance modules and recommend viable solutions.
Provide training and support to users to enhance their understanding and utilization of ERP systems.
Prepare reports and analysis for management to assist in decision-making processes.
Evaluate and improve existing business processes with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
