Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across insurance functions (e.g., underwriting, claims, policy administration).
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, testers, and business users.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory standards.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the
