Job Description

Overall industry experience: 12+ years
Hands on experience of requirement gathering & analysis (7+yrs, 15+ projects), mobile app related projects.
Coordinate with various business and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements. Conduct design thinking workshops. Create user journeys to articulate as-is processes.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to groom the backlog, conduct sessions to make the team understand the requirements, assist in sprint planning and other scrum ceremonies.
Experience In direct interactions with the business & IT stakeholders, cross functional teams. (Preferably South Africa customers management)
Hands on experience in working on Angular & cloud projects as business analyst.
Awareness/Understanding of technical landscape (Basic level)

Mobile app requirements, User experience, testing, NFRs
Mirco-services architecture
Angular 9x, performance testing
Cloud (AWS)
WhatsApp integration
Creating reports in PowerBI

Hands on experience as SCRUM Agile processes (2+yrs)
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Understanding of the Learning Management Domain.
Strong process orientation, structured and well organized.
Excellent communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills and handling escalations.
Very good interpersonal skills.

Certification/Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology
Certification in Business Analysis, BA-BOK
