Business Analyst

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Assess existing banking processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Work with IT and development teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new banking products and services.
• Support the implementation of new banking solutions, ensuring they align with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation of banking systems and processes.
• Keep up to date with banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the

  banking/financial services sector

• Strong understanding of

  banking products, operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

  .
• Experience in

  business process analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering

  .
• Knowledge of banking systems such as

  core banking platforms, payments, lending, risk management, or digital banking solutions

  .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and other BA tools

  .
• Experience with

  SQL, data analysis, or BI tools

  .
• Professional certifications such as

  CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum

  are desirable
