Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain accurate data maps, EDI mappings, and Confluence documentation for seamless integration.
Utilize MS Excel, SQL, and JIRA to analyze complex data sets and manage project tasks efficiently.
Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and progress updates on Confluence.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes using Agile methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT Services & Consulting industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech/B.E.) or Information Technology (B.Tech/B.E.).
Strong understanding of Edi Mapping, Data Mapping, MS Excel, SQL skills; proficiency in JIRA is an added advantage.
Experience with ERP, CRM, or data migration projects
Understanding of ETL processes, APIs, and relational databases
Experience in a business analyst or testing role is highly preferred
Experienced with EDI highly preferred with document like EDI 850, 997, 810
Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA
