Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and identifying areas for improvement. The role involves conducting market research, providing data-driven insights, and working closely with stakeholders to develop strategic solutions. The Business Analyst will also manage project timelines and deliverables, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
Ability to gather and document comprehensive Business Requirements
Experience in optimizing Business Processes
Excellent Communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly
Proficiency in using analysis tools and software
Detail-oriented and able to work independently and remotely
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial technology industry is a plus
