Job Details/Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in creating Power BI reports, as well as a solid understanding of Office 365 and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to gather, document, and analyze requirements. Present data findings and report outputs clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Data Analysis & Insights: Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decisions. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting. Power BI Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into visual data insights. Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability. Office 365 & Active Directory Integration: Leverage knowledge of Office 365 tools to enhance collaboration and reporting processes. Understand Active Directory structures to support data access, permissions, and security needs for reporting solutions. Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of insights. Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reporting tasks. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Power BI report development. Good understanding of Office 365 ecosystem and Active Directory. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 tenant, Licenses and Services. Knowledge of Active Directory and its role in data access and permissions. Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
