Business Analyst Data & Reporting (Adobe Ecosystem)

Job Summary:

Business Analyst (BA)

Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Customer Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business strategy, goals, and processes into effective IT and data solutions.
  
• Lead the

  end-to-end delivery

  of reporting and analytics solutions, including

  dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user stories and translate them into technical documentation in

  Agile (JIRA)

  .
• Design and build

  database-driven analytics and self-service dashboards

  using

  Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy

  , etc.
• Create impactful

  data stories, reports, and presentations

  for business stakeholders.
• Analyze business functions and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  
• Build and support

  OLAP and multi-dimensional data models

  using

  MDX/DAX

  .
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment of business and technical goals.
  
• Understand integration points with

  big data platforms

  (HANA, Hadoop, Redshift) and support ETL/streaming processes.
• Maintain requirements traceability and documentation in Agile workflows.
  
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements and deliver high-quality output.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years

  of experience as a

  Business Analyst/Data Analyst

  with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on with

  BI tools

  : Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy (dashboard development a must).
• Strong

  SQL skills

  for direct data access and analysis.
• Proficiency in

  OLAP/multi-dimensional cubes

  and

  MDX/DAX

  .
• Experience in

  data modeling

  (Star, Snowflake schemas) and solid understanding of RDBMS concepts.
• Exposure to

  Adobe source systems

  is a plus.
• Experience with

  big data platforms

  such as

  SAP HANA, Hadoop, Redshift

  .
• Solid grasp of

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies, with familiarity with

  JIRA, Confluence

  .
• Strong

  communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.
