Business Analyst-Customer Experience (MS3)

You will be responsible for engaging in discussions with the business stakeholders to thoroughly understand their requirements. Your role will involve analyzing and mapping Business Requirement Definitions (BRD/FRD) to ensure clarity and accuracy. In this position, you will assist in the design of existing business processes using automation technologies such as AI/ML. You will be required to execute strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization. Your duties will include organizing the implementation of business process re-engineering strategies. By leveraging process modeling, data analytics, and change management techniques, you will work towards achieving significant and sustained improvements in business performance. As part of your responsibilities, you will explore new methodologies and technologies to drive process innovation and ensure seamless integration. Additionally, you will be expected to map technology requirements, identify gaps, and propose optimized solutions to streamline operations. In this role, you will leverage visualizations and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making. You will also be tasked with extracting actionable insights from large datasets to support strategic decision-making processes.
