Job Description

About the Role:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and clinical experts to define and deliver product features.
Translate business requirements and user needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Monitor product performance using analytics tools and customer feedback to inform iterative improvements.
Support go-to-market strategies, including product launches, training, and documentation.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap, and KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

510 years of experience in product management, preferably in
SaaS-based HealthTech companies
.
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products in healthcare or related domains.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
