Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and finance teams to

  analyze, design, and implement

  subscription management workflows using Chargebee.
• Gather, document, and prioritize

  business requirements

  related to billing, pricing models, discount structures, invoicing, revenue recognition, and customer lifecycle management.
• Work closely with developers and integration teams to

  configure and customize Chargebee

  to align with business processes.
• Perform

  impact analysis

  for changes and ensure data consistency across integrated systems such as CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ERP (NetSuite/SAP), and payment gateways.
• Support

  automation initiatives

  for recurring billing, payment reconciliation, and revenue reporting.
• Develop and maintain

  process documentation, user stories, and workflow diagrams

• Conduct

  UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

  and validate system enhancements before deployment.
• Provide

  training and support

  to end users and business teams on Chargebee features and new functionalities.
• Monitor

  KPIs and metrics

  to ensure smooth billing operations and identify improvement opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

  in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 26 years of experience

  as a Business Analyst, preferably within SaaS, FinTech, or subscription-based environments.
• Strong understanding of

  subscription billing models

  ,

  recurring revenue operations

  , and

  SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, ARPU)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Chargebee

  (configuration, workflows, integrations, API usage) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with

  payment gateways

  (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, etc.) and

  CRM/ERP integrations

  .
• Proficient in

  data analysis tools

  (Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent

  communication and documentation

  skills to translate technical details into business language.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
