Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:-

• Elicit and document business requirements through client meetings, research, and data analysis.
• Work with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate domain knowledge into actionable insights for software development teams.
• Assist in product roadmap planning and solution design.
• Evaluate existing workflows and propose digital transformation strategies.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.

• Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier institute (IITs, NITs, or equivalent).
• 2-5 years of experience in domains such as AEC, Mechanical Design, Civil Engineering, or PLM.
• Solid understanding of CAD/BIM tools (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks) and/or PLM systems (e.g.,Autodesk Fusion Manage).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with software product development life cycles.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and digital engineering tools.
• Client-facing experience or consulting background.
