Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement elicitation, collection, and documentation
• ATM Switching/National Payment switch.
• POS and other Payment channel.
• Debit/Credit(mandatory)/Prepaid card(good to have).
• Issuing/Acquiring
• HSM(Hardware security Module)
• Worked on Visa, Mastercard and CUP payment services.
• ISO8583
• Document epics, user stories, functional and technical specification documents
• Participate in daily scrum meetings
• System Analysis/GAP Assessment
• Design of proposed solutions (functional and technical)
• Liaising with project stakeholders
• Arranging scope reviews and following up
• Assisting testing teams with writing test cases and execution
• Supporting project until handover to production operations
• Job administration work (time tracking)
• Coaching and mentoring other team members

Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience

• University/College degree in in relevant field (University degree of technical provenience is highly preferred) + high level of related professional education
• Minimum years Business Analysis and Design experience in a multinational environment within the financial services and/or banking sector
• Must have experience in payment domain (acquiring or issuing). EFT industry knowledge and technical/operational understanding of EFT business
• Analysis and design skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication skills; written and oral
• Requirement elicitation, management, and documentation skills
• Must have technical background. Preferred to be from coding / development background in the past
• Stakeholder management
• Presentation skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proactive in anticipating problems and potential solutions well in advance
• Process driven and exact in the preparation of concise reporting and documentation
• Knowledge of any of the programming languages such as C++, Java, Oracle, MySQL, Vue JS will be a value addition.
