About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of analysts who develop business-focused content aimed at enhancing AI models. This position requires a blend of leadership, quality oversight, and domain expertise in areas relevant to MBA and business environments to ensure the analytical outputs are accurate, logically sound, and aligned with project objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about operational excellence, people management, and creating high-quality analytical content. Importantly, prior experience in AI is not a prerequisite for this role, making it accessible to professionals from diverse backgrounds interested in the AI domain.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management or leadership roles.
- Between 3 to 6 years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, content creation, or domain-specific projects.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling structured file formats such as TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, and Markdown.
- No prior AI experience required; however, familiarity with LLM performance data, case study writing, or academic/research content is a plus.
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week), with immediate joining preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Assign tasks, oversee workflow processes, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of analytical content.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain accuracy and consistency across outputs.
- Refine and optimize team processes to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Provide regular performance feedback, identify training needs, and support career development initiatives for team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Guide the creation of case studies, scenario analyses, and structured business content across various domains such as finance, policy, and e-commerce.
