About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Analyst to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in turning data into actionable insights, identifying business opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to identify

business challenges and define analytical solutions

• Analyze large datasets to derive key business insights, trends, and opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, customer behavior, funnel performance, and

experiment outcomes

• Assist in defining, tracking, and optimizing business processes and operational

performance

• Create structured business cases to support new product/features or growth initiatives
• Present insights clearly through storytelling, visualizations, and presentations
• Participate in the design and evaluation of A/B experiments
• Support strategic planning and forecasting exercises

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a data/analyst/business role (tech, e-commerce, consulting,or startup preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Strong understanding of business models, funnels, retention, and unit economics
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complexity
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
• Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis
• Experience with experimentation platforms or growth analytics
