Business Analyst (BA)

**Job Description:** As an Analyst at Leap, you will play a crucial role in providing business intelligence and actionable insights to various teams within the organization. Your main responsibility will be to make product recommendations based on market research, feedback, data analytics, and user behavior analysis. You will act as a bridge between customers, the business, and the product teams, collaborating with departments such as business, product, customer support, marketing, and finance to ensure the development of suitable and financially viable products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build dashboards and reports for different teams to facilitate faster decision-making processes. - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets, utilizing appropriate analysis and visualization tools. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their analytical requirements and create data-driven solutions for business challenges. - Proficient in developing statistically and analytically sound analyses like customer segmentation, customer profiling, and defining customer journeys. - Work closely with the product team to manage sprints and ensure timely product delivery. - Develop PRDs for the internal product development. - Actively participate in customer research calls and derive insights on customer personas. **Qualifications Required:** - Technological understanding of SQL, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Postgres, and Excel. - 2-5 years of experience in analyzing problem statements as a business/data analyst. - Experience with tools like Segment, Amplitude, and Mixpanel is a plus. - Strong grasp of numbers and patterns. - Analytical mindset to derive actionable insights. - Ability to generate hypotheses quickly and validate assumptions efficiently. **About the Company:** Leap operates with a culture of mutual respect, encouraging individuals to be resourceful and focus on possibilities rather than problems.
