Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven improvements that enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for product and engineering teams.

Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-backed improvements.

Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor key business operations.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that developed solutions meet business objectives.

Present findings and insights clearly through presentations, flowcharts, and visual reports.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.

Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business language.
