Role Description

• GTI Transformation is responsible for the ongoing management, development and execution of Deutsche Bank's hybrid cloud strategy.
• The position will be based in Pune. This significant role covers two main areas of responsibility.
• Governance and oversight of the scope and pipeline of applications migrating to Public and Private Cloud

Your Key Responsibilities

• Maintain application golden source and ensure application readiness for the initiation of the application migration
• Ensuring that scope and requirements for new and ongoing IT projects are understood both from a high-level management view, and at low-level app view
• Manage application migration pipeline in conjunction with the CIO delivery leads and application teams
• Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including CIOs, PMO & Programme / Delivery Managers, Finance providing timely responses to ad-hoc queries when required
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement wherever possible, leveraging best practice
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Demonstrable collaborative working as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment, capable of handling different important tasks simultaneously, with ability to challenge and prioritise
• Strong written & oral communication skills, able to work with global stakeholders at all levels
• Self-starter who can manage his/her time effectively and operate independently, being proactive with line management when help and guidance is required to progress
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Additional preferred requirements
• Previously owning product backlogs, sprint planning and driving release content throughout via prioritised stories
• Previous experience of requirements generation, triage, and delivery process
