Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at Allerin, your role will involve assessing business processes and needs, coordinating with the development team to ensure customer requirements are understood, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for preparing Requirement Analysis and Functional Specification documents, conducting functional testing, and ensuring software applications are developed according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with clients to thoroughly understand project requirements. - Prepare and review Requirement Analysis and Functional Specification documents. - Facilitate communication in complex or controversial requirements gathering situations. - Explain client requirements to the development and testing teams and coordinate enhancements or modifications. - Conduct functional testing and bug detection for tested components. - Deploy projects at client sites and perform User Acceptance Test. - Develop software applications according to quality standards. - Possess formal Business and Functional Requirements gathering knowledge. - Utilize strong UML modeling skills. Qualification Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience. - MBA (+ B Tech preferred). - Strong UML modeling skills. - Knowledge of Configuration Management and Change Management. - Ability to write Business Requirement Documents, Use Cases/User Stories, etc. - Experience working closely with developers and architects in all phases of development. - Ability to coach and mentor team members. - Willingness to travel to client sites for work.
