Job Description

Role: Business Analyst AI & Agentic Solutions

Exp: 2-4 Years

Location: Work from Office ( Mohali, Punjab)

Shift: 12pm - 10pm

Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic and innovative Business Analyst with experience in AI and Agentic AI-based solutions to drive ideation, market research, and the design of intelligent, autonomous use cases. You will play a vital role in discovering opportunities, validating ideas, and working with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered solutions that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

Lead ideation sessions with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to brainstorm AI/Agentic use cases that solve real-world problems.

Translate ideas into detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Evaluate and prioritize AI initiatives based on impact, effort, risk, and ROI.

Collaborate with Data Scientists, Prompt Engineers, and AI Developers to design, test, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using tools like LangChain, Auto-GPT, and other LLM-based frameworks.

Build use case prototypes and participate in user testing to validate assumptions and refine agent behaviors.

Analyze AI/LLM outputs and agent workflows to ensure results meet performance and business success criteria.

Create and maintain clear documentation (BRDs, FRDs, journey maps, test scenarios, etc.).

Support post-deployment review and continuous improvement of deployed AI systems.

Present findings, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership and product teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on AI project delivery, innovation, or digital product development.

Demonstrated ability to perform market research, customer analysis, and business model validation.

Experience with Agentic AI systems, LLM-driven applications, or autonomous AI agents.

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Auto-GPT.

Strong documentation and communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.

Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Excel, Power BI,.

Agile delivery experience with a focus on rapid prototyping and iterative development.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of AI governance, model evaluation metrics, and ethical AI principles.

Exposure to design thinking, product discovery, or lean startup methodologies.

Experience in domains such as finance, retail, healthcare, or HR tech.

Minimum experience: in domain / overall industry
