About the Role

Train in and develop expertise in
Empower
software.
Provide ongoing support to existing clients, including:

Managing
data updates
and ensuring data accuracy.
Troubleshooting and resolving
client issues
efficiently.
Handling
user management
and access controls.

Support new client implementations by:

Configuring
reporting and planning applications
within Empower.
Assisting with
data integration and system setup
.

Education
: Degree in a numerate discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science).
Technical Skills
:

Experience with
Python scripting
.
Familiarity with
BI and visualization tools
(Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
Knowledge of
API or SQL integrations
.
Proficiency in
Excel and PowerPoint
.
Experience in handling
Data Cubes
Understanding
the Dimensions & Measures

Analytical & Business Acumen
:

Strong analytical mindset with an interest in business and financial modeling.
Experience building or using
financial models
is a plus.
