About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves training in our Empower software and providing high-quality support to clients. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth client operations by managing data updates, troubleshooting issues, and configuring reporting and planning applications. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless system integration.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain in and develop expertise in Empower software.Provide ongoing support to existing clients, including:Managing data updates and ensuring data accuracy.Troubleshooting and resolving client issues efficiently.Handling user management and access controls.Support new client implementations by:Configuring reporting and planning applications within Empower.Assisting with data integration and system setup.Education: Degree in a numerate discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science).Technical Skills:Experience with Python scripting.Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).Knowledge of API or SQL integrations.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Experience in handling Data CubesUnderstanding the Dimensions & MeasuresAnalytical & Business Acumen:Strong analytical mindset with an interest in business and financial modeling.Experience building or using financial models is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
