You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business decisions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Develop detailed business requirements and user stories.- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements.- Create process flow diagrams and business process models.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.- Assist in the implementation and testing of business solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Analysis.- Strong understanding of business process modeling.- Experience with Agile methodologies.- Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.- Hands-on experience with requirement gathering tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
