Must have skills : Trade Finance, Business Requirements Analysis Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Trade Finance and Working Capital to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capturing and translating business requirements into functional specifications and working closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. This role requires prior experience in banking and financial services, especially in Trade Finance products such as Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and Discounting Instruments. Roles & Responsibilities:- Must have 6 to 10 years of total IT/consulting experience with at least 5+ years as a Business Analyst.- Domain knowledge in Trade Finance and Working Capital, including:- Letters of Credit (LC)- Bank Guarantees (BG)- Performance Guarantees- Invoice Discounting- Export/Import Finance- Hands-on experience in documenting functional and non-functional requirements- Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for Agile delivery and documentation- Strong understanding of API concepts and types.- Familiarity with credit risk components like PD (Probability of Default), LGD (Loss Given Default), and EAD (Exposure at Default)- Clear understanding of Waterfall vs. Agile methodologies, with practical experience in Agile- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Trade Finance, Business Requirements Analysis.- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.- Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.- Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.- GOOD-TO-HAVE S:Exposure to AIRB (Advanced Internal Ratings-Based) approach and Standardized approach for risk management- Experience working with trade finance systems like Finacle, TI Plus, or any core banking platform- Experience working with cross-border banking clients or international trade documentation- Exposure to regulatory or compliance aspects related to trade finance- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (Scrum Master/Product Owner) Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Finance.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
