Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and databases is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in project management and business process improvement.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analytics.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies to support strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and workflows.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help with change management and training.
