Job Description

Business Analyst Marketing

Role & responsibilities

Analyze marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, SEO, paid ads) to assess effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as lead conversion, CAC, CLV, and ROI.
Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling to support targeted marketing strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals, requirements, and data needs.
Provide insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns.
Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present complex data clearly.
Partner with data teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of marketing data.
Support marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) through data analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
2yrs of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
