Business Analysis Senior Associate

As a Senior Business Analyst at DTCC, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with various functional representatives on Agile delivery teams. Your main responsibility will be to build data products that are highly valued by end-users, align with the architecture design, and meet strategic and business objectives. Here is the impact you will have in this role: - Actively participate in building solutions that meet business needs within an Agile setting, working closely with Product Manager, Product Owners, Information Architects, UX Designers, Mid-Tier Dev, UI Dev, QA Analysts, and other BAs. - Support requirements gathering, draft functional/non-functional specifications, and participate in reviews of business and technical requirements. - Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies to enhance business processes and decision-making. - Interpret key business data sets to deliver insights for growth, optimization, and improvements. - Assist in procedural and code documentation for assigned data projects, creating technical specifications and process flows. - Decompose requirements into stories, workflows, data, and business rules, define acceptance criteria, and lead or participate in research assignments. Your qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis/Solution Design/Software Development experience. - Knowledge of institutional trade processing, Snowflake, data analysis, AI tools, Data Engineering/Infrastructure, cloud hosting solutions, Data Ingestion, Transformation, and Analytics. - Experience with Sell Side, Buy Side, Custodian middle-office post-trade processing, APIs, technical messaging, Agile/scrum methodology, and FinTech technologies.
