Business Analysis Manager - Debt Management

As a Manager Training-Debt Management, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and growth of Debt Management Flows. Your focus will be on designing, delivering, and managing training programs and communication strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement. This involves developing impactful content, maintaining training-related MIS, and ensuring the smooth execution of learning initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee LMS and DRA certification processes, coordinate rewards and recognition programs, and utilize data-driven insights to support organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and delivering training content, including script preparation and call calibration. - Organizing and conducting training sessions for employees. - Reviewing and analyzing MIS data to drive process improvements. - Designing and creating training materials like knowledge nuggets, quizzes, and survey forms. - Developing engaging content to facilitate learning and retention. - Creating motivational communication series to boost team morale. - Preparing and sharing results of contests and training activities. - Managing end-to-end contest execution, including result announcements and reporting. - Handling complete MIS related to training activities (e.g., Induction, OJT, Quality). - Maintaining a comprehensive repository of training data and documentation. - Compiling, mapping, and sharing monthly winner lists. - Coordinating with vendors and couriers for medal delivery. - Managing data and addressing R&R-related queries. - Overseeing end-to-end management of the LMS tool, including content preparation, module uploads, mailer releases, and compliance tracking. - Collecting necessary documents and scheduling DRA training sessions. - Maintaining and managing data related to DRA certification status. In terms of qualifications, you are required to have: - Graduation: Bachelors in Engineering / Technology / Management/ Computers/Science. - Post-graduation: MBA. Ideally, you should have 5 to 10 years of experience in retail banking, preferably with exposure to lending products.,
