Role Overview

Business Analyst Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions on

  Business Analysis tools, methods, and frameworks

  .
• Explain core concepts such as

  Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD Documentation, SDLC, Agile, and Stakeholder Management

  .
• Conduct

  practical demonstrations

  and live examples to make sessions engaging and industry-oriented.
• Evaluate learners’ progress, provide feedback, and guide them in project assignments.
• Continuously update course material with the latest market trends and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Lucidchart, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a

  Business Analyst

  or

  Corporate Trainer

  .
• Strong command over BA processes, documentation, and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
• Passion for mentoring and helping learners build real-world skills.
• Ability to create and deliver

  engaging, practical training content

  .
