15 years full time educationSummary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on business agility and technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to understand their organizational challenges, facilitating discussions to identify opportunities for transformation, and guiding teams in implementing strategies that enhance their ability to adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided align with the clients' goals and objectives, ultimately helping them to outlearn and outperform their competition. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of business agility principles. - Analyze client needs and develop tailored strategies to enhance organizational performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Strong understanding of organizational transformation methodologies. - Experience in advising on technology innovation strategies. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
