Job Description

As a Senior Business Affairs Coordinator at Hogarth, your role will involve managing various responsibilities to support the newly established Chennai operation in India. You will collaborate with luxury clients and affiliates, TV channels, and the Transcreation account management team to ensure seamless delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in project status meetings to determine delivery timelines and project schedules. - Collaborating with esteemed luxury clients and affiliates to acquire TV media plans. - Engaging with TV channels to obtain specifications and delivery deadlines. - Coordinating with the Transcreation account management team to relay deadlines and assist in production prioritization. - Retrieving media schedules from the Account Team. - Securing all essential clearance information, including clock numbers, rough titles, client production details, on-screen elements, VO artists, visual artists, music composers, and music publishers. - Ensuring approved scripts, rough cuts, substantiation documents, clocked masters, and other necessary materials are in place. - Researching TV clearance and regulations in international markets. - Obtaining usage details from the Account Team for visual talent, music, and VO talent. - Negotiating voice-over studio fees and media usage buyouts. - Arranging additional visual and music licensing as required. - Managing usage rights and negotiations, including cost estimates. - Coordinating digital delivery with relevant suppliers and confirming proof of delivery. - Organizing delivery with Bookings and Edit Assistant. - Providing rotations and consignment notes for all TV and radio playout. - Maintaining the Hogarth Clock Book and assigning clock numbers as necessary. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Familiarity with international clearance bodies and procedures. - Knowledge of international rights management. - Experience with international distribution processes and suppliers. - Ability to manage multiple tasks independently or as part of a team. - Friendly, cooperative, and capable of managing expectations. - Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies. - Proactive in expanding and enhancing the TV Admin department.
