Job Description

As a Business Advisory Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in working on workforce management solutions with various stakeholders. You will be responsible for handling different tickets and cases, ensuring they are actioned and resolved in coordination with multiple vendors and teams. The network operations, whether physical or virtual, require a dedicated team to keep them running 24x7 and manage operational budgets effectively. Your tasks will involve maintaining, updating, and configuring network elements, including hardware and software components. What we are looking for in a candidate for this role: - Commitment to quality and ability to handle disputes - Strong communication skills in English, both speaking and writing - Experience in customer support or operations environments - Proficiency in ticketing systems and tools - Excellent documentation and data entry skills - Problem-solving and troubleshooting experience - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Flexibility in working schedule and environment - Adaptability to new ways of working and changing environments - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems - Interacting with peers within Accenture and updating supervisors - Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management - Following instructions on daily work tasks and new assignments - Making decisions that impact your work and potentially others - Working as an individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope - Working in rotational shifts may be required - Acting as the primary interface point between clients and vendors globally - Handling site access requests, dispatching technicians, and managing material receipts/shipments - Performing tactical management for worldwide vendor interface functions - Identifying and resolving customer problems/requests/issues - Documenting troubleshooting efforts and customer information accurately - Notifying the responsible party for resolution when necessary - Developing and maintaining knowledge of customer-specific business environments - Sharing relevant information with the team for success - Demonstrating a high level of customer satisfaction and understanding of customer needs - Seeking opportunities for improvement through training and feedback If you possess the required qualifications and experience, and if you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role at Accenture, we encourage you to apply for the position of Business Advisory Analyst.,
