Job Description

Overseeing operations: Manage daily activities, implement business procedures, and ensure quality of products and services.

  • Financial management: Direct and oversee financial and budgetary activities, manage expenses, and analyze financial reports to improve performance.
  • Strategic planning: Set goals, policies, and procedures; develop long-term strategies; and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Human resources: Interview, hire, and train staff; evaluate employee performance; and mediate staff disputes.
  • Coordination and communication: Act as a liaison between management and staff, consult with executives, and coordinate between departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
